Следующие изменения применяются к маршрутам Буэнос-Айрес (EZE) - Майами (MIA) и Сан- Паулу (GRU) - Мехико (МЕХ) / Франкфурт (FRA):

Customers with tickets purchased through direct and indirect channels are being notified via LATAM's centralized system on March 13th, 2020.
Protection proposed:
Passengers will be protected on alternative LATAM flights keeping the same origin-destination.
The flight protection process is automatic in the flight reservation system. Passengers will be booked in the same cabin.
Reservation handling:
If the alternative itinerary is not reflected in the passenger's reservation as described above, customers may proceed as follows: Customers NOT satisfied with the alternative travel proposed may opt for:
- Change the date of travel (*) to any date no later than December 31, 2020. The change will be FREE of penalties, but subject to any fare differences.
- Change the destination WITHOUT penalty, but subject to any applicable fare difference, and limited by the ticket validity period.
- Refund, no penalty for all unused ticket coupon’s and associated ancillaries. When entering the refund include EXC13MAR20
When reissuing, insert the following note in the Ticket Endorsements box:
